Foster Child Baby Book + Lifebook

This special version of our books was created with foster families in mind. We designed these to be applicable to foster children of any age and to work regardless of how long the child is in your care. Please know that if you'd like a cover other than the star one (any cover shown in the shop is fine!), just shoot us a message after you order at hello@spunkandlove.com and we'll get you the cover you want.

We have created manageable and guilt-free memory books to help you continue to record just the right amount of sweet memories for your little one. 

• Foster books are 8.5" W x 7.25" H with the interior pages being 7.25" x 7.25", making it the perfect size to keep nearby and close-at-hand. Our lay-flat design and simple prompts add to the manageability of our products.
• Pages accommodate up to 4"x6" photos;  3"x5" and 3x3" or 4x4" square prints also work well.
• There’s an envelope in the back of each book to hold additional photos and other small mementos.
• Free shipping on all books - no code necessary. 

Each book contains the following sections, printed using a high-quality digital printer on premium, bright-white heavy card stock (pens will not bleed through!):

An eight page "welcome to our family" section with a place for a 4x6 photo and a few quick notes of the child's arrival, a page for your first family photo, four additional photo pages and two lined journal pages to write all about the child's first minutes, hours, and days. 

Celebrations

Eight holiday pages, each with a place for a 4x6 photo and a quick blurb about how you celebrated. Please note that the holiday pages are NOT filled out with specific holidays (i.e. Easter, Christmas, etc.) This allows some flexibility in which holidays or birthdays you choose to record, depending on when the child is with you.

Milestones

These four pages are to record your child's milestones and to include four 4x6 photos of them. This may look like smiling, sitting, walking for younger children and losing teeth, first day at a new school, etc. for older children. You choose which milestones should be included!

Moments

Twelve pages, each with a place for a 4x6 photo and a few blank lines to record any moments you don't want to forget such as family vacations, special outings, additional milestones, etc. Or use these twelve pages to record a moment from each month of the year.
