We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact us: within 3 days of delivery. Please email hello@spunkandlove.com to initiate a return.
Ship items back: within 7 days of delivery. We will respond to your initial request for a return with all necessary steps to complete your return. Customers choosing to return an approved item are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
Request a cancellation: within 24 hours of purchase. Please email hello@spunkandlove.com to request a cancellation.
Refunds issued: within 48 hours of us receiving the item we will refund the original payment method used.
Due to the custom nature of our products we are unable to accept returns on personalized items. However, if you receive your book and you are not pleased with it, we will work with you to get it just right. Please send an email to hello@ spunkandlove.com and allow us the opportunity to correct the problem.
